An area of heavy rain moving south across east Europe and the Aegean by Monday

Sunday
Fine day across most of Spain and Portugal. The Balearic Islands will also enjoy plenty of sunshine. Scattered showers affecting Sardinia but Corsica should be dry. Italy will be mostly dry although there may be an odd shower in the south. Greece and Turkey will be dry with lots of sunshine although a few showers affecting Cyprus.
France will have rain in central and eastern areas. Brighter in the far north and the far south of France. Cold and windy with heavy showers in the Low Countries, these wintry at times. More heavy showers across Germany as well as Poland where there will be turning to sleet and snow. A risk of heavier rain, sleet and snow in Hungary, Austria and Switzerland where there will also be gales.
Windy and cold in Denmark with some heavy showers. Fair for much of Sweden with sunny spells. Sleet and snow in the Baltic States. Mostly fair in Finland but cold. Windy with wintry showers for much of southern and western Norway, probably drier in the far north.

Monday
Fine day across most of Spain and Portugal and the Balearics. Scattered showers affecting Sardinia but Corsica should be dry. A band of showery rain will push southwards down Italy, heavy and thundery in places. Unsettled again for Greece with heavy rain at times. West Turkey also seeing some rain.
Any early rain across east France will soon clear to dry conditions and sunny spells, though the rain will move in to Switzerland then Austria later. A mainly dry day though breezy for the Low Countries. Rain slowly clearing Germany, windy in the north here. Feeling cold with scattered showers across Poland. Outbreaks of heavy rain clearing from the north across the Balkan States.
A mainly dry day for Denmark though breezy. Rain, sleet and snow showers for Norway with cloud building from the west and heavier rain moving in to southwestern areas here later. Laregly dry though chilly across Sweden. Sleet and snow affecting northern Finland while also clearing from the west across the Baltics.
