Unsettled weather clearing out of the Aegean end of the week

Thursday
Another fair day in Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. More sunshine in the central Mediterranean with a much better day of weather in Italy. Windy for Greece and cold with a northerly wind. Heavy rain and some sleet in eastern Greece, windy and cold here as well. Heavy and thundery rain, sleet and some snow for western Turkey. Eastern Turkey should be dry with lots of sunshine.
Cloud and some spots of rain in northern France. The rest of France will be dry with more sunshine here. Breezy for the Netherlands with broken cloud. A band of rain passing east through Germany, reaching western Poland later. Hungary will be bright with some sunny spells in the eats but rain in the west. Austria and Hungary will have broken cloud and should be dry.
Wind and rain as well as drizzle in Denmark. The Baltic States will be dry and fairly bright. Finland will be dry and rather misty. Dry in Sweden although cloud and rain arriving later. Windy in Norway with heavy rain in the west, some snow in the north.

Friday
Largely dry across Spain, although cloud is likely to thicken in the far north later. Dry too for the Balearics as well as the Sardinia and Sicily. The odd shower may affect northern regions of Corsica as well as coastal areas of northern Italy. A much better day for Greece and Turkey as rain clears here to sunshine.
A band of rain, heavy for a time further north, will sweep across France, gusty winds for a time too. Rain followed by blustery showers for the Low Countries and west Germany. Drier ahead of the front in east Germany. Largely dry though breezy across Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. The odd shower or two in Croatia. Some patchy rain for Poland and windy here.
Very windy across northern Norway with rain, sleet and snow here and further southwest. Heavier rain clearing Sweden and Denmark though the far north of Sweden staying wet with sleet and snow. Blustery showers and sunshine for Denmark. Rain and wind moving in to Finland and the Baltic States, becoming increasingly unsettled here.
