Cold in eastern and parts of central Europe with a risk of sleet and snow, very unsettled Greece and Turkey

Tuesday
A fine day for Tuesday with plenty of sunshine and dry conditions. Some showers and feeling cool in the Balearics. More rain in the south of Italy, but fair in central and northern Italy. Further rain and wind in Greece, some of it heavy. Rain too in eastern and southern Turkey.
Some showers in eastern and southern France. Fine to the north and west. Breezy in eastern and southern areas with some rain or showers. The Low Countries will have showers and wind. Cold through Germany with heavy showers, some of them wintry and merging to longer spells of rain. Poland will have bands of heavy showers, some wintry, affecting western areas. Dry and bright for Hungary. A few showers in Austria with sunshine in Switzerland.
Wind and rain through Denmark, some of it heavy. Rain and sleet in the southern half of Norway where it could be windy too. Fair and cold in northern Norway. Seden will be dry with some sunshine in the south. Snow showers for the Baltic States. Further snow showers in Finland too.

Wednesday
Wednesday is going to be a dry day with lots of sunshine in Spain and Portugal. Scattered showers affecting the Balearics. Further sunshine in Italy and dry here. Heavy periods of rain and showers in Greece with a risk of thunder, hail and some snow. Further heavy and thundery rain in western and southern Turkey. Dry and sunny in the east.
France will have some morning mist patches. These clear to leave the day dry and sunny for most. A few showers in northern and eastern France. Windy and cold with frequent showers in the Low Countries and Germany. Some sleet and snow may affect southern Germany as well as much of Poland. Hungary will have further wintry showers, these merging to longer periods of rain and snow.
Breezy and cold in Denmark. Staying cold with a few wintry showers in the Baltic States. Finland stays cold, a risk of some showers here too. The cold weather continues in Sweden, some wintry showers in the east and south. Heavier snow showers affecting western and northern Norway.
