Threat of gales from the North Sea into central Europe

Sunday
Largely dry and fine across Spain and the Balearics, pleasantly warm in the south of Iberia, reaching 20C. A few scattered showers in Italy but mainly dry including the islands. Outbreaks of rain pushing south down the Balkans moving in to Bulgaria later. Mostly dry through Greece and Turkey.
Very windy across northern into central regions of Europe. Heavy rain will push in to far northern areas of France, right across the Netherlands and through northern parts of Germany. Elsewhere should remain largely dry. Largely dry and fine with less wind through the Alpine countries, though increasingly windy over higher ground here.
Strengthening winds and heavy rain pushing across Denmark. Largely dry though with a fair amount of cloud across Norway and Sweden, however, the southern tip of Norway will see heavy rain later. Patchy lighter rain affecting central parts of Finland. Rain clearing from the west across the Baltics.

Monday
High pressure centred west of Iberia maintains fair weather for most of Spain and Portugal, plus the Balearic islands. Windy for the western Mediterranean with some showers for Corsica and western Italy. Showery for the Balkan coast and western Greece, but the Greek islands should be mostly dry. Some showers for western Turkey however.
Strong to gale force winds are likely to be extensive over northern-central Europe, worst around the Low Countries into Germany where rain and showers will be frequent, some snow or hail mixed in too. Very windy too around the Alps with periods of snow likely. A front pushes east across Poland and the Baltic states bringing a mix of snow and rain.
Low pressure centred over southern Sweden brings a threat of gales to southern Scandinavia with extensive rain, or snow on the northern flank of this system for central Sweden and parts of southern Norway. Northern Scandinavia will be much quieter but very cold.
