Wet and windy southern Scandinavia

Monday
A band of rain pushes south across Spain and Portugal and a strengthened northerly wind will continue to push showers onto northern coasts here. An unsettled day across the Balearics as rain moves in, though clearing westernmost islands later. Expect some gusty winds too. Starting dry through Corsica and Sardinia then rain moves in. Rain also pushes into north and west Italy. Largely dry across Greece and Turkey.
A largely wet and windy day across much of France into Switzerland. Starting mainly dry through the Low Countries then rain moves in later with strengthened winds. Increasing winds across Germany but staying largely dry here. Dry through Austria but much cloud cover about. Windy but dry across Poland. Showers down the Balkans.
Very wet and windy through southern regions of Norway and Sweden. Drier further north. Rain also affecting south Finland while staying dry further north. Windy though dry across the Baltics area. Windy with rain moving in to Denmark later.

Tuesday
High pressure across Spain and Portugal brings a fine day here. Also fine for the Balearics. Showers for Corsica and Sardinia. Low pressure over Italy brings wet and windy weather. Strong winds for southern France too. Rain for the southern Alps, some snow on the mountains.
Showery for the coasts of the Balkans. Mainly dry for the eastern Mediterranean and around the Black Sea with very mild southerly winds here. Much of eastern Europe will be dry, although risk of a shower for Hungary and Slovakia.
Breezy and mid across northern Europe with some drizzly rain for France, the Low Countries and Germany. Risk of heavier rain in western France. Heavy rain also develops later for Denmark. Spells of rain affect Sweden, Finland and the Baltic states. Showery for western Norway. Breezy around the Baltic. Chillier toward the far north with some snow.
