Cold and mainly dry northern Europe, rain, sleet and snow in Turkey

Tuesday
Wet in southern Portugal, and outbreaks of rain in southern and eastern parts of Spain, with some heavy pulses. Dry to the west and north. The risk of rain in Ibiza, but fair weather in Mallorca and Menorca. Showers across Corsica and Sardinia. Fair and dry in Italy, with some showers in the southeast. Wet in Greece, with persistent showers, turning heavy in some areas, and the risk of snow on high ground in eastern parts. Wintry conditions across Turkey, particularly unsettled in the east, spreading to central and northern areas.
Fairly cloudy in central and northern parts of France, with one or two showers. Dry and bright in the south. Dry and cool across the Low Countries, Germany, and Poland, and for most of central Europe, with some sunny spells but feeling windy.
Dry and bright in Denmark, and cold and breezy across the Baltic States. Similar conditions in Finland, with some snow showers in eastern regions. Dry but windy and cold in Sweden. Lots of cloud in Norway, with snow in central and northern regions.

Wednesday
Rain for central and northern Spain on Wednesday. Southern areas of Spain and all of Portugal should be dry with sunny spells. Rain in the Balearics with showers for Corsica and Sardinia. Some showers in western Italy otherwise fair. Scattered showers for Greece. Turkey will be windy and unsettled with rain, sleet and snow.
Rain for the south of France but cold and fair in central and northern areas. Fair and cold for the Low Countries and Germany with some sunny spells. Poland should be cold and dry, some fog here. Hungary will be cold too with a further risk of somem fog. Bright and dry in Austria and Switzerland.
Denmark will be bright and cold as well as dry. Windy in the Baltic States and cold here. Some snow flurries for Finland where it will be dry and cold. Similar in Sweden with lots of cold, dry weather. Gales for Norway bringing a bitter windchill. Snow in northern Norway, dry to the south.
