Fair to fine for the morning through Norway to Finland Finland and the Baltic temperatures remaining below 0C. Afternoon continnuing dry with variable cloud. Northern France, Belgium and Netherlands a cold day with a mix of sunshine and showers, scattered showers often of snow for locations along Channel North Sea coasts.
Away from coasts and inland, dry and sunny for Geramny, remainder of France, Switzerland Austria through to Hungary and Poland, dry fine and sunny though very cold temperatutures remaining below 0C especially where fog persists. Staying with sunshine through the afternoon to sunset, after which temperaures will again fall quickly with a severe frost overnight and freezing fog.
Remaining locations in Portugal, Spain, central and southern France to Italy dry and sunny variable cloud, temperatues 8 to 12C. Across Balkans to Greece and Turkey cloudy with prolonged rain and snow acroos the Carpathians to TurkeyTurkey. Temperaures 0C with snow to 15C on Black Sea coasts.

Cloudy through northwest France to Belgium and Netherlands with a mix of rain and snow, prolonged and heavy at times especially during the morning, clearing from teh west during the afternoon. This areas of rain and snow will move east into Belgium for the afternoon and early evening.
Remainder of central and southwest including Portugal, Spain and France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland dry and sunny though cold temperatures generally below 0C, though 10-15C for Spain, Portugal and Italy. Contiuing rain and snow Romainia, BulgariaBulgaria and into Turkey. Scandanavia and the Baltics cold, scattered snow showers temperatures well below 0C
