Drier conditions for eastern Austria, Hungary and the Balkan peninsula plus Greece and southern Italy.
High pressure over Scandinavia brings widely dry and warm weather to Norway, Sweden and Finland. A brisk easterly winds for the Baltic states, southern Sweden and Denmark.

Sunday
Staying dry and warm for much of Spain and Portugal, although showers affect Biscay coasts. Showery and cool for western France, drier inland and toward the east.
Thundery downpours will develop widely again across Germany. Poland will be drier, heavy bursts of rain break out in Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Areas of thunderstorms too for the Balkans and central Italy, plus Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine. Greece and Sicily stay dry.
High pressure stays located over Scandinavia, maintaining dry weather across Norway, Sweden and Finland. A brisk east wind for the Baltic states, with some heavy rain coming in from the east.
