Fine and hot Mediterranean but rain across northern Europe


Thursday
A fair day in Sain and Portugal on Thursday with plenty of sunshine. It will be fine across the Balearics and through Italy too, more sunshine to come here and feeling very warm. Greece should be mostly dry although there is the risk of a few thunderstorms in Turkey.
Rain and cloud affecting the north of France, but more central and southern areas will be dry with lots of sunshine. A cloudy and damp day in the Low Countries, although Germany should be dry with sunny spells. More sunny spells in Poland, with Austria, Hungary and Switzerland all being dry with sunny spells.
Fair in Denmark with sunny spells here and staying dry in the Baltic States and Finland too. Rain affecting western Norway, some of it heavy.


Friday
Some rain affecting the far north of Spain on Friday. The rest of Iberia should be dry with sunny spells. Fine across te Mediterranean too with the hot sunshine continuing throughout the day.
Rain across northern and western France, some of it heavy. Dry to the south with sunny spells. A wet day in the Low Countries and northern Germany. Poland is going to be fair with sunny spells. Austria and Hungary will be dry with more sunny spells to come. Thunderstorms breaking out in Switzerland.
A cloudy and damp day in Denmark with rain to come here. There may be rain for the south of Norway too, although the north should be drier. Sweden will be cloudy and wet with heavy bursts of rain. The Baltic States and Finland will be drier and brighter with sunny spells.
