High pressure keeps weather calm and dry for many though east Europe and Scandinavia is windy, cold and in parts wet.

Sunday
A few scattered showers affecting parts of south and east Spain but otherwise dry with sunshine. Dry also across the Balearic islands and thoughout much of Italy, although the far south seeing one or two showers. An improving day for Greece with rain clearing from the north here. Still wet and unsettled across Turkey.
Mostly dry across western Europe. Slightly more cloud cover over the Low Countries, northern and eastern regions of Germany as well as Poland a band of rain pushes south here. Remaining dry and fine across the Balkan States.
Staying cold and windy through Scandinavia with rain, sleet and snow across north Norway and Sweden, wintry showers through Finland but largely dry here. Scattered sleet and snow showers for the Baltics also. Largely dry but cold and breezy for Denmark.

Monday
Becoming breezy across Portugal and western Spain as rain moves in here too. Staying dry elsewhere. A few scattered showers across Italy but mostly dry here. Largely dry through Greece, although the odd shower is expected. A better day across Turkey though more rain pushes in to the far north here later.
Still settled and dry through France. Mist and fog expected across Belgium and the Netherlands as well as Germany but it should remain dry. Dry with some bright spells across Austria and Switzerland. Mainly dry still down the Balkan States. Breezy with patchy rain across Poland.
Much less windy today across Sweden and Norway with largely dry weather too. Still breezy across Finland but mostly dry here also. Wintry showers continue to affect the Baltic States but plenty of dry periods to be had. Dry with mist and fog likely across Denmark.
