Wind and outbreaks of rain in northern Europe, mostly fair to the south


Wednesday
Fair for most of Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. There will be more sunshine in Italy, although some morning mist and fog patches.Fair for Greece with more sunshine. Turkey should be dry and sunny too.
France will have wind and outbreaks of rain in the far north. Central and southern parts of France should stay dry with sunny spells. Breezy in the Low Countries with rain here, whilst patchy rain affects much of central and northern Germany. Poland will have rain in central areas but should be dry north and south.
Breezy in Denmark with broken cloud and a few showers. Sweden should be windy to the south but mostly dry. That wind persisting through the Baltic States although rain affects Finland. Norway will have rain in the west but should be dry in the north.


Thursday
Showers across northern and central parts of Spain and Portugal on Thursday. Eastern and southern areas will be dry with sunny spells. The Balearics and Italy will be dry with sunshine. A breezy day in Greece and Turkey with bright or sunny spells and a few showers.
Rain in central France, fine in the north and south. The Low Countries will be dry with sunny spells. Fair in northern Germany, but rain through central Germany and Luxembourg. Central Poland will have some rain, heavy at times. Hungary will be dry with some sunshine, although Austria and Switzerland may have a few bursts of showery rain.
Breezy and damp in Denmark. Windy with further showers in the Baltic States and southern Sweden. Showers for Finland, some heavy and these in central Sweden too. Cold with wintry showers for western Norway.
